Investigators said the suspects pulled up to the victim's home in a Pontiac G6 before walking up to a BMW that was parked in a driveway. The frightening scene played out at around 6:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 26, at Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, according to a Twitter post by someone who witnessed the chaos. “The whole Roosevelt Field Mall started running out,” reads the post. Video on social media shows several people exiting the mall into a parking lot. There were no reports of injuries and no arrests stemming from the incident.

Capital Region Man Sexually Abused Child For Years, Police Say A 57-year-old man from the region is accused of sexually abusing a child over a period of years, authorities said. Greene County resident David Rollins, of Coxsackie, was arrested Sunday, Dec. 25, following a joint investigation by the Greene County Sheriff’s Office and State Police. The department was initially contacted Thursday, Dec. 22, with a report of an alleged sexual assault of a child, sheriff’s officials said. Samantha Primus, age 46, was last seen in Elmont at around 3:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 23, on Savoy Avenue, according to authorities. Primus is developmentally disabled, deaf, and non-verbal, and may be in need of medical attention, officials said.
