Kathy Hochul signed legislation that prohibits insurers in the state from canceling policies or raising premiums on the basis that a claim was filed for a loss resulting from a hate crime. Snow Plow Driver Dies In Crash At Capital Region Business A 50-year-old snow plow driver has died following a fiery crash at a business in the region. Emergency crews in Greene County were called shortly after midnight on Monday, Dec. 12, with reports of a crash in Coxsackie at the Essendant Distribution Center, located on State Route 9W, according to State Police. Nyzaiah Clemente, of Albany, was arrested Thursday, Dec. 8, following an investigation by State Police. Troopers were first contacted in September 2021 about a sexual assault that allegedly occurred in Clifton Park in Saratoga County.
