Three family members have been charged after the same two dogs seriously injured two young children in separate attacks at their Pennsylvania home, authorities announced on Wednesday, Aug. 19.
Andrew Hresko, 70, Debra Hresko, 61, and their daughter Rebecca Hresko, 31, were charged for their respective roles in the attacks involving the family's dogs, Chip and Zeus, according to the Lebanon County District Attorney's Office.
