Montgomery County resident Tyler Frolke, age 22, of Amsterdam, was arrested Thursday, Sept. 15, following an investigation by New York State Police. Troopers first began looking into Frolke’s alleged behavior in late August 2022 when they received a complaint that he had inappropriate physical contact with a 13-year-old victim, police said. Man Tried To Rob People Outside State Capitol, Police Say A man from the region is facing charges after he allegedly tried robbing people near the state Capitol. Aspiring Politician From Upstate NY Dies At Age 23 As a 22-year-old, Alejandro “Alex” Foppoli moved to South Carolina from New York and attempted to unseat a three-term incumbent in the state’s House of Representatives. Though he lost in the primary election, Foppoli’s family said he more than proved his political chops, earning the endorsements of several local and national political groups along the way.
