Capital Region Woman, Dog Missing Over Week Spotted On Video In NYC Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a New York woman who has been missing for over a week. Alexandra McGuinness, age 42, of Albany, was last seen Wednesday, June 28, in Albany, near Grove and Helderberg avenues, according to Albany Police. Surveillance video showed her the following day walking in Manhattan with rolling luggage and her black labradoodle, “Batman.” McGuinness is described as 5-feet-6-inches tall and approximately 115 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Man Who Fatally Stabbed Long Island Girlfriend, Breaking Knife In Her Skull, Gets Prison Time More than a year after a 21-year-old woman was found stabbed to death outside of her Long Island home, her boyfriend is heading to prison for her murder. Kisjonne Campbell, age 25, of Brooklyn, was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison in Suffolk County Court on Wednesday, July 5, for fatally stabbing Michaelle Jaccis on New Year’s Day 2022. Road Rage Shooting: Driver Opens Fire On NY Freeway, Causing Both Cars To Crash, Police Say A road rage shooting that sparked a two-vehicle crash on a highway in the region ended with a 32-year-old man in handcuffs. The Albany County incident happened at around 4:20 p.m. Tuesday, July 4, on I-90 in Albany, according to New York State Police. Anthony Frisoni, age 89, was last seen at around 8 a.m. Friday, July 7, in Schenectady, on Van Vranken Avenue. He drives a black 2006 Buick Lucerne with New York plates SNK-949. Emergency crews were called shortly after 5 p.m. Thursday, July 5, after a 23-foot boat lost power about three miles north of Cutchogue, according to Southold Town Police. ID Released For Customer Shot To Death Outside Capital Region Store Authorities have identified a man who was shot to death during a fight outside a store in the region. The shooting happened at around 5:20 p.m. Sunday, July 2, in Troy, at the Family Dollar store located near 102nd Street and 2nd Avenue. According to Troy Police, two customers got into an altercation in front of the store when one of them opened fire. Violent Break-In: Burglar Chokes Resident Before Fleeing Capital Region Home, Police Say A 40-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly breaking into a home in the region and assaulting a resident.
