A 43-year-old woman is facing a felony charge after police said she was caught driving while intoxicated with a 15-year-old child in her vehicle in Dutchess County.
Poughkeepsie resident Jennifer A. Stiver, 43, was arrested on Saturday, Oct. 17, following a traffic stop in Rhinebeck, New York State Police announced on Monday, Oct. 19.
Her arrest stemmed from an incident on Montgomery Street in Rhinebeck, where troopers pulled over her vehicle. They then saw that Stiver was showing signs of intoxication, the agency said.

Tiffany Taylor, a New Jersey woman whose testimony helped convict a serial killer she narrowly escaped while handcuffed, has died at age 44.
Taylor died in her sleep, according to her mother, Lola Acevedo, who shared the news in a GoFundMe campaign.
