15-Year-Old's Stab Wound Requires Tourniquet In Hudson Valley: Suspect At Large, Police Say A 15-year-old boy was seriously injured in a stabbing on a Dutchess County street, police said.  The incident happened around 5:38 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, when City of Poughkeepsie 911 received a call reporting a stabbing in the 600 block of Main Street, the city's police department said.  Officers arrived to find the teen suffering from a serious stab wound to the leg.
