You’ll soon be able to step inside a full-scale immersive experience of the RMS Titanic as a new exhibit prepares to open in Schenectady. A major redevelopment project is now underway on a longtime senior living campus in Westchester County, where construction has begun on a $74 million affordable housing complex. A vacant former Ulster County Jail site has been transformed into a 164-unit affordable housing complex in Kingston. Golden Hill Apartments, an $87 million all-electric development built on the 20-acre property once occupied by the Ulster County Jail, is officially open, Gov.
