Bienvenido Lopez, 75, was arraigned Friday, July 31 for the abuse dating to 2000, the Albany County District Attorney’s office said. Lopez is accused of sexually assaulting the victim between May 2000 and December 2000 at two addresses in Albany, an apartment at 153 Central Avenue and a residence on 602 Third Street, according to prosecutors.
