Two state troopers were taken to a hospital after a U-Haul box truck slammed into their parked patrol vehicles in Orange County. All of the measles deaths reported in the United States so far this year have occurred in Pennsylvania, where a third resident has died amid the nation’s largest outbreak, officials said. A 40-year-old Jefferson County woman died Saturday, Sept. 12, from complications associated with measles, Coroner Greg Furlong announced. A person was pulled from the Hudson River after jumping from the Bear Mountain Bridge, prompting a multi-county emergency response, authorities said.
