A woman found dead inside a Westchester County apartment is being remembered as a beloved church member and educator as new details emerge in the homicide case.
Lisa Grier, 33, was discovered unresponsive inside her home on East 4th Street on Saturday, March 21, as Daily Voice previously reported. Authorities have since ruled her death a homicide, and a suspect is in custody.
Grier worked as a paraprofessional with New York City Public Schools, according to her Facebook page, and was also an active member of her church community.

A Hudson Valley, NY community is grieving the loss of the 27-year-old daughter of the owners of a local restaurant, who was killed in a homicide at her Pennsylvania apartment late last month.
Anne Tso, 27, of Philadelphia, originally from the Rockland County hamlet of Pearl River, was found with a gunshot wound to the head inside a residence on the 2600 block of South 9th St. just after 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 27, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
