A 25-year-old man is accused of selling hundreds of dollars' worth of fireworks — and was caught after a transaction with police officers, authorities said.
New Rochelle resident Jushwa Budhu, 25, was arrested on Thursday, June 25, following an investigation into illegal fireworks sales, New Rochelle Police announced on Friday, June 26.
