Annie is a proud alumna of Purdue University, with degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Anthropology. She began her journalism career in front of a camera, reporting news across the Midwest.

Annie’s passion for journalism began back in high school during her time in Youth In Government, where she served as as reporter and press editor for several years. She is proud to have pursued her childhood dream of becoming a journalist. From breaking news to archery on horseback to hanging out with kangaroos, Annie is grateful to share the stories and events of those around her.

In her free time, Annie enjoys showing her horses and watching sports. The only granddaughter of Indiana Pacer’s founder Chuck DeVoe and stepdaughter of Purdue Men’s Basketball Announcer and former player Ralph Taylor, Annie’s love for Indiana basketball runs deep.

A US history buff, Annie is proud to provide news to the Capitol region.

Skimming devices can be placed at point of sale terminals inside of retail stores, grocery stores, convenience stores or any location where credit card transactions are conducted. Baltimore Officials Begin To Tag Vacant 'Dangerous' Structures In New Safety Initiative Baltimore City firefighters are beginning to tag unsafe vacant homes once a week in an effort to help first responders and citizens identify potentially dangerous structures, reports WBAL TV. Every Wednesday, firefighters will post red signs on the front and back of homes that may have hazards that can't be immediately seen. The Washington Teacher's Union released a survey on Tuesday, Oct. 25 that showed the dissatisfaction members are feeling toward their jobs as contract negotiations with D.C. Public Schools have stalled. Out of 4,300 public school teachers, 629 were surveyed in September. Suspect Arrested After Killing Man During Argument In Baltimore A suspect has been arrested after allegedly killing a man after an argument in Baltimore back in June, authorities say. Keith Anderson, 43, was arrested on Monday, Oct. 24, in the 4800 block of Harford Road after being connected to the June murder of Markeece Jordan, 29, according to Baltimore police. Detectives believes Anderson shot and killed Markeece Jordan following an argument in the 1900 block of Belair Road on Wednesday, June 22.  Anderson was transported to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with 1st degree murder.
