These Hudson Valley Locales Rank High For Most Murders In New York State
A host of Hudson Valley municipalities are home to some of the highest murder rates in the state, according to a recently released report. Utilizing crime statistics from the FBI for cities and towns, NewYorkStateUpstate.com determined that Poughkeepsie, Newburgh and Monticello have 10 of the highest murder rates in upstate New York.
