NY Crack Dealer Convicted While On The Run Finally Learns His Fate, DA Says
A New York City drug dealer who fled trial in the Capital Region has learned his fate.
Nicomus James, 51, of Brooklyn, got seven years and six months behind bars, the Albany County District Attorney’s office said.
James was first arrested alongside his 46-year-old brother, Lewis, in November 2019 by Colonie Police on Central Avenue, prosecutors said.
Cops found crack cocaine and marijuana on the two brothers, then searched their room at the Red Carpet Inn and found even more drugs and distribution paraphernalia, according to authorities.
