New details have emerged about the life of Wayne Girard, a longtime school bus driver who was killed in a tragic incident at a Dutchess County school district’s transportation facility.
As previously reported by Daily Voice, Girard, 80, died after being seriously injured on Friday morning, Dec. 19, at the Arlington bus garage on Dutchess Turnpike as drivers were preparing to begin their routes.
