NY Police Track PA Homicide Suspect To NJ Airport Where He Booked Flight To Dominican Republic A Pennsylvania homicide suspect accused of fatally shooting a man in Reading fled to New Jersey and booked a flight to the Dominican Republic before he was tracked down at the airport, police said. Reading police responded to the 1400 block of North 5th Street at approximately 3:40 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 2, for a reported shooting. Officers arrived to find a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Reading EMS, according to the City of Reading Police Department.
