Popular Clothing Retailer Closing All Stores, Including NJ Locations A popular retailer specializing in clothing for healthcare workers is shutting down all of its brick-and-mortar locations nationwide. Scrubs & Beyond is closing its more than 115 stores across 30 states, according to a notice on the chain's website. The retailer is also advertising closing sales at its locations. Gulf War Vet Killed In Garden State Parkway Crash: Njsp A 57-year-old veteran of the Gulf War was killed in a crash on the Garden State Parkway Thursday, Sept. 10, authorities said. At 4:45 p.m., troopers responded to the Garden State Parkway south in Tinton Falls after a Nissan SUV driven by Mark Edgell struck a guardrail, ran off the road to the left and struck a tree, Christopher Postorino, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. Edgell was pronounced dead at the scene, Postorino said.  Edgell is being remembered for his sense of humor and stubborn nature, according to his obituary from the O'Brien Funeral Home website.
